Human Resource Manager

Required Skill
* Fresh to 2 years of experience in an HR role in the IT sector
* People oriented and results driven
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
* In-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices
* BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field

Strategic duties
* Maintains a database of job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
* Maintains employee engagement by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling
management anagers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
* Prepares employees on-boarding by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
* Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay
budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
* Creates a system of planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and
discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
* Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs
and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
* Ensures legal compliance to all labor requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records
* Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

General duties
* Planning and conducting recruitment efforts
* Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
* Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
* Collecting employment and tax information
* Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
* Preparing new employee files and maintaining Human resource data
* Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
* Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
* Conducting benefit enrollment process
* Administering new employment assessments
* Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
* Monitoring, controlling and managing day to day business operations
* Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
* Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other
* Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences etc
